where is this little guy on the building?….what city and building

hey amanda.

this picture was taken in portland oregon.
the buildings are in the lloyd district.

they are not set up to have the typical window washer set up with the the scaffolding, so instead, once a month 6-7 guys rappel off the top and wash all 4 sides of the buildings from top to bottom.

cool stuff eh?
