This is a job i would love to have, even if just for a single day..
i am officially a bachelor again.
the apartment is empty except for my meager belongings. I helped suzuki move all of her stuff to her new place today. we had help from our friend Misha so it went quickly, but tough cause the there was so much stuff, much of it cumbersome or heavy.
Beeza Kitty is staying with me a couple more days till i move, then she will be going over to her new domocile.

So.. i recieved an email earlier from a company i purchased a domain name through earlier this year. i was so pissed off when i read it. the text is listed below along with my response email. anyone who is bored enough to read it will understand my frustration, but mainly i am posting this just to vent.
Here is my response email and the original text of the email minus addresses of course:

You guys just officially pissed me off.
guess what? i was going to let it slide, then i recieved ths email..originally i signed up with your company under the assumption i could set the DNS to the webspace i had already purchased elsewhere. after realizing i had misread the agreement, i found i could pay a yearly fee to do so, or grab some webspace through aplus. it was cheaper to create a duplicate registration through another company and have a couple years of dns routing.
through your company i registered “Fnord-inc.com”
through honestnetworks.com i registered “fnordinc.com” (notice the missing hyphen)
after i registered a domain name through your company i began recieving information from credit card companies and the like who were attempting to get me and my “company” to work with them in an effort to protect myself, my livelyhood, and my employees. Continue reading »
