    I could be mistaken, but I think the Post Office watched this video and then tried this strategy to contract out carrier routes with any perv, convict low-life they could find on the street. Hmm, hire anyone for nothing or continue getting mostly high quality people who care about their customers and the job they do. You decide. (By the way, paying people less does not equate to lower postage. It just means bigger bonuses for the bosses>)
