Hung out with Suzuki Beane t’night and played some scrabble. she came over and we played with our cat beeza for a while. Beeza was glad to see her.
ate some pizza while playing scrabble. i lost 444 points to 338. good game, good game.
~~
after scrabble, Suzuki wanted to watch a movie she brought over. She had been having a small obsession with Alice in Wonderland as of late. She has stated that she may be cured of it afer watching such a terrible film.
The movie is a made for TV verison of the story. it has a phenomenal cast of actors and actresses including Gene Wilder, Whoopi Goldberg as the Cheshire cat, Martin short as the Mad Hatter. Norm from Cheers was either tweedle dee or dum, i dont remember..

more info here as i dont want to list them all out ( http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0164993/ )

at first it was like a tripper movie, there was some bizarre mixtures of live action and claymation. the camera work was interesting. after about a half an hour i lost interest, after an hour i was straight up annoyed. at the one hour mark we just started skipping chapters any time we were annoyed with anything at all.
that may seem like a lot of anythings and it truly was.. we just skipped and skipped and skipped.

so
horrible.
the more i think about it… i am just glad you are still willing to be my friend after I inflicted such an irritating experience on you.
we need to do something cinematically therapeutic this week, eh?

You dumb bastards. It was terrible when it was originally shown on TV. Why did you think it would be any better now?
