only one of the best role playing games ever made, it is finally being rereleased!
originally it came out on the snes. OH GLORIOUS SUPER NINTENDO. HOW I LOVE THEE. then it was remarketed onto the playstation 1. bad idea, everyone hated it. it was poorly ported and slow. i do not know how it even made it through QA and testing.
later it was repackaged and resold again, this time with a final fantasy game.. it was still the slow, buggy port of the game with a terrible 15-20 second load time just to bring up the standard menus and load fights.
later the futuristic spin off game, chrono cross was released, it was a step in the right direction but left fans like myself disappointed.
now, returning to cartridge form, the nintendo ds is going to be the new home of my favorite game… Read the rest
so i have been super patient. The GOV said they were going to Give us all either a fat lip or a fat check back at the beginning of the year. I was to receive a fat check.
Unfortunately, it has never graced the inside of my mailbox with it’s presence. i dream of getting the check and being able to dance naked in a flutter of singles, an erotic fat man pole dancing and picking up bills between my rotund and blushing ass cheeks..
Months of occasional phone calls to the IRS to check my status have paid off, they are finally able to take my call and assist. after 40 minutes on the phone, here is what i was able to learn: apparently, my check was mailed to me back in June. they now have to put some tracking on the check to determine if it has been… Read the rest

we love it and when it is warm in our hands, hot in our mouths, and stirring about in our belly, we can see no fault in it. the fault only exists when we wait or think back. whores, we are whores.
for years we employees have all staggered in a drone state to the company break room. every morning we line up and place our individual drink receptacles inside the provided area. we push the buttons and generally, wait. as we are all slaves to the debasing nature of the robot, it we can see its joy in making us pause from our work duties.. it grinds the beans we covet between it’s teeth and swallows them. we smell them and wish taht we were chewing the beans.
the our love for the coffee robot is not offset by the fact that it feels the need to mock us.… Read the rest
ok.. so it is not as big as the big 30 (as far as landmark years go), and it was no 21… not as scary as the 40 or the 65… but it was still awesome
I am talking about birthdays, not baskin robins. 31 year, not flavors.
went out to hang with the crew on the east side of portland, drank some good beer. had a good laugh or two.

unfortunately, Jenn threw out her back on Sunday afternoon
she is miserable! i feel so bad for her, she has never had any back troubles before and as such, had difficulty reconciling that this happens to nearly everyone at some point.

for anyone interested, StarWars; Force Unleashed is friggin awesome. great game, i am having a blast playing it. nothing like being an Sith in training to show what someone can REALLY do with… Read the rest
Review: Through the Ice
by Robert Kornwise/Piers Anthony
Note:
About the authors and this book -
it blows me away when i read about the things that some authors will do for/with their fans. Robert Kornwise was a first time author with unfinished and unpublished book. Unfortunately, he never got the chance to finish his book. Robert died in a road accident in december 1987.
His friends and family, knowing about his book, reached out to his favorite author, Piers Anthony. They asked him to read his book and see if there is anything he could do to help get it published.
With a fair amount of uncertainty in what he should do, Anthony accepted the idea and read Kornwise’s book.
Apparently, Robert had finished the first 8 chapters and lost the fifth. Anthony, after reading the book, was able to determine a way to help finish… Read the rest
