A friend of Jenn and myself, Janine, is a goddess when it comes to cooking things. Janine plans out her Easter season with a lot of time in the kitchen as well as driving about delivering goodies. This year (and last year too!) she brought us a mass amount of home made chocolate goods. peanut butter filled chocolate bears, truffles, chocolate/seasalt caramels.. and more.
she really needs to go into business someplace :) she would give some long established companies a run for their money.

its been a while.. i love them.. and i want one.
if i dont make them, i will think about them nonstop for the next week.

Recipe for “Poop” Cookies
i used to hate any kind of creamer in my coffee, it was black or nothing.. it didnt matter if it was gourmet or gut-rot, the only thing i would add was a little bit of salt to break down the acidity
in the last year and a half i have been a bit off though.. i rarely drink it black.. i seem to always have to add something. cat figure out why.. i can still drink it black, but i seem to enjoy it more when it is cut with something.
am i turning into a java pussy cat instead of the tiger i used to be?
i still dont add sugar, so at least i havent fallen to the bottom of he pit, but half way down the hole, i can feel my fingers slipping as i become accustomed to flavored cream……….

stab spaghetti squash repeatedly with overly sharp object
olive oil on bake pan
bake at 350 for an hour and 40 minutes.. turning every 30
cook till “softish”
open and remove from skin
eat with yummy tomato sauce and parmesean cheese
shovel in mouth with fork
smile when belly is full
